Hits all my stress points

The release ball is great for helping you find and reach those sore spots that need some tender love and care. I have a lot of knots on my back and this ball helps me relieve them. What I love so much too is that it comes in handy even when I'm not working out. I use it after a long day at work hunched over my desk and it feels great!
