Do you ship to me? And where do you ship from?

Yes! We ship to any point in the Philippines with our nationwide delivery! 😉 So whether you're up North in need of an olympic bar or down South looking for kettlebells, we got you! 

All of our items are coming to you straight from San Juan, Metro Manila!  💪

 

When will my order arrive?

🛵 For Metro Manila orders

For Metro Manila orders paid via Credit Card, Standard Delivery takes 3 business days but if you chose Same-Day Delivery, you can expect your order to arrive any time between 9AM to 5PM! 🚚

🚨 All same-day delivery orders placed after 4PM are delivered the next day!

For Metro Manila orders that are to be paid via Cash On Delivery, Standard Delivery takes 5-7 business days! ⏱ 

📦 For Store Pick-Up

If you chose "Pick Up" as your delivery method, you can have your order picked up right away! 🥳

Be sure to pick up any time before 5PM! Here's our address: 201 N Domingo St., Brgy. Ermitaño, San Juan City, Metro Manila.

✈️ For Provincial orders

For Provincial orders, you have two options!

🛫 For LBC, you can expect your order within 7 business days.
🚢 For Seastar, you can expect your order within 2-3 weeks. 

Of course if you have another courier in mind, just let us know! 🤝

 

I'm located outside of Metro Manila. How much is shipping? And what's the process?

For orders outside of Metro Manila, you'll notice on the checkout page that we charge P200 for shipping but no worries! 😌 This amount will be deducted from the final shipping fee.

So how it works is after you've placed your order, our ultra-reliable logistics team will contact you regarding your preferred shipping courier and recommend the most cost-efficient option. 👍

Once you've decided on the courier, we send it out and send you a copy of the waybill via FB messenger, Instagram DM, email, or text (this depends on the contact info you provided). We'll then send you our payment details, please wait for us to confirm the transfer, and then boom! You're all good to go! 🥳

🚨 For COD orders outside of Metro Manila, please expect a call or text from us! If we receive no response after 2 weeks, we'll assume you won't be pushing through with your order and we'll cancel it. 

🚨 We don't suggest COD for HEAVY orders outside of Metro Manila because so far the only courier that accepts COD is LBC, and LBC can be a bit on the pricey side for heavy items!
