My favorite way to level up a workout!

I normally shy away from using tools in my workouts as I prefer focusing on what my body can do on its own rather than relying on weights or machines, but I LOVE these bands. I've been able to amp up my leg and arm workouts because of these bands and the burn feels so gooooood
